How it works

Delivery, in reverse.

  1. Step 01Book the collection
Site as pickup, branch as drop-off.
  2. Step 02Photo at collection
    The driver photographs what's collected.
  3. Step 03Signed back in
    The branch signs on arrival.
For the counter

No van pulled off its round for a return.

Returns are part of the job but rarely planned. Book them when they come up and keep the schedule for deliveries.
