These Operational Terms form part of the Agreement between you and Tradeaze Ltd. They set out the practical rules for bookings, collections, deliveries, and payments. Defined terms have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.
1.1. All bookings made via the Platform are subject to acceptance by Tradeaze.
1.2. Tradeaze will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfil accepted bookings within the requested timeframes but does not guarantee delivery times.
1.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted (including pickup and drop-off details, item descriptions, and contact details) is accurate and complete.
1.4. Dangerous, hazardous, illegal, or restricted items may not be transported using Tradeaze services.
2.1. You must ensure that goods are packaged, secured, and ready for collection at the agreed pickup time. Tradeaze reserves the right to refuse collection if items are not appropriately prepared.
2.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct items are prepared and loaded onto the designated vehicle. Tradeaze does not accept liability for incorrect or incomplete consignments.
2.3. You are required to load Tradeaze vehicles promptly upon arrival. We ask that Tradeaze vehicles are prioritised over other carriers to maintain timely delivery service levels.
2.4. Once a Tradeaze driver has arrived at the designated collection location, the full delivery fee will be due, regardless of whether the goods are ultimately transported, unless an alternative agreement has been made in writing prior to collection.
2.5. Tradeaze reserves the right to agree additional fees in cases of unreasonable waiting times.
3.1. Tradeaze offers curbside delivery only. The end recipient must assist with unloading if required and is responsible for receiving the goods from the roadside.
3.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the end recipient or a designated representative is present at the delivery site to receive the goods. Failed deliveries due to recipient absence may result in return or redelivery charges.
3.3. If a delivery is refused by the end recipient, the cost of returning the goods to the pickup location will be charged to you.
3.4. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct vehicle type is selected during booking to accommodate the size, weight, and nature of the goods being transported. Tradeaze may charge additional fees or cancel bookings where an unsuitable vehicle is selected.
4.1. Cancellations made before a delivery partner has been dispatched will not incur a charge.
4.2. Cancellations made after dispatch will be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.3. If you wish to amend a booking (for example, to change the address or delivery time), Tradeaze will use reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
4.4. Any change to the delivery address after booking confirmation may incur additional charges. Tradeaze will confirm updated pricing before proceeding.
5.1. Delivery pricing will be displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, item size, delivery type, and urgency.
5.2. All bookings made via phone are subject to a £5 administrative charge. We encourage use of the Platform to avoid this fee.
5.3. You must provide the correct Purchase Order (PO) numbers for each delivery where applicable. Tradeaze is not responsible for misallocations or invoice delays caused by incorrect or missing PO information.
5.4. Tradeaze operates on 30-day payment terms from the date of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest and service suspension.
6.1. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and for lawful purposes.
6.2. You are responsible for your end recipient's experience and communication outside the delivery function.
6.3. You are responsible for informing end recipients when deliveries are being fulfilled by Tradeaze.
6.4. Any issue with the products must be notified to the Tradeaze team within 24 hours of the delivery.
7.1. Tradeaze maintains goods-in-transit insurance subject to standard limits and exclusions. Additional coverage may be available upon request.
7.2. Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
