What are your operating hours?
Tradeaze operates during standard trade hours to align with site openings:
- Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm
- Saturday: 7am-2pm
What happens if I have an issue outside these hours?
If you have an urgent query outside of these times, please message us through the in-app chat support, and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
How is the pay calculated for each job?
Pricing on the platform is dynamic, meaning rates vary from job to job based on specific requirements, including vehicle type and distance. However, you will always see the fixed price before you choose to accept an assignment.
Do I have to work a certain number of hours?
Not at all. The platform offers total flexibility, allowing you to work entirely around your own schedule. It is up to you to log in and accept the jobs that make the most sense for your route and your financial goals, helping to maximise your earnings.
Are there any registration or platform fees?
No. The platform is completely free to use. There are no hidden costs for logging in or accepting jobs.
When do I get paid?
We pay our drivers every Friday for all work completed during the previous week.
- The Payment Cycle: Our billing week runs from Friday to Thursday. Any jobs you complete within this window will be paid into your account on the following Friday.
- VAT-Registered Businesses: If you are a VAT-registered business, we can add VAT to your payments. Please ensure you have entered your valid VAT number in Account → Banking details.
How can I see jobs in more parts of the UK?
If you want to expand your reach, you can easily adjust your Job Distance filter:
- Go to the Jobs tab in the app (you need to be clocked in).
- Tap Filters in the top right-hand corner.
- Choose a Distance limit, from 5 up to 250 miles. A bigger limit shows you more jobs.
