When will my application be reviewed?
We will only begin to review your profile once you have completed the following steps on your account:
- Registered your vehicle details.
- Uploaded all required documents (e.g., driving licence, insurance).
Proving your right to work
UK and Irish citizens
- A valid Passport (current or expired).
- OR a Full Birth/Adoption Certificate PLUS National Insurance number added in Account → Banking details.
Non-UK/Irish citizens
- A Right to Work Share Code: You can generate this 9-character code via the official GOV.UK website.
Note on Compliance: To stay in line with UK employment law, our team periodically reviews the validity of all drivers' Right to Work status.
Types of insurance required
To drive with us, you must have the following two types of cover in place:
- Hire & Reward (H&R) Insurance: This is a legal requirement in the UK for anyone transporting goods in exchange for payment. Please note that standard social, domestic, and pleasure (SD&P) insurance does not cover delivery work.
- Goods in Transit (GIT) Insurance: You must have a minimum cover of £20,000. This protects the value of the items you are transporting against theft or damage.
Please note that these are separate, specialist policies. You will need to upload proof of both to your profile.
What happens after I submit all of my documents?
Once your profile is complete, a member of our team will review your details. If everything is in order, we will send a self-employed contract to you via email for digital signature. Once this has been signed, we will approve your profile and you can start to use the platform.
