Proof of collection and delivery

The photos and signatures to take, and why they protect you.

Proof of Delivery (POD) and Proof of Collection (POC) are essential documentation in logistics, transportation, and courier services to confirm the successful transfer of goods.

Photo and signature on every drop-off, and at collection when the app asks. Enter the recipient’s name to confirm.

Characteristics of an acceptable Proof of Collection:

  • A clear photo showing all goods securely loaded onto your vehicle.
  • Confirmation from the merchant’s staff, including a signature if the app asks for one, verifying that all items are accounted for.
  • Take multiple photos if needed to ensure all items are clearly visible in the images.

Characteristics of an acceptable Proof of Delivery:

  • A clear photo showing all goods off the vehicle and on the delivery site.
  • Confirmation from the customer including a signature, verifying that all items are accounted for.
  • Take multiple photos if needed to ensure all items are clearly visible in the images.
