Add a Driver Collection Reference

Every pick up needs a Driver Collection Reference. It's how the driver finds your goods at the counter, so use a name to ask for or a code your team will recognise.

Get the weight and size right

In Item Details, add the length, width and height, and the total weight of everything going in the vehicle.

• Only matching vehicles are offered: we only show vehicles that can take the size and weight you enter, so a guess can mean the wrong vehicle, or none at all.
• Weight, longest length and overall size all count.
• Add the value: the item value (excluding VAT) is required so the goods can be insured.

Have it ready before the driver arrives

• Goods picked, and packed or wrapped so they can be loaded straight away.
• Anything the driver needs to know, like which yard or door, in Driver Instructions on the pick up.
