The contact, address and access details that get the driver to the right door.

Check the drop off details
- Company name and address: check the postcode too. It's what the driver navigates to.
- Site contact: a name and number for someone who'll be there and will answer their phone.
- SMS updates: keep Send site contact SMS updates? switched on. It is on by default, and they get a text with the ETA and tracking link when the order is collected, and another when the driver is nearby.
Tell the driver how to get in
Put access details in Driver Instructions on the drop off: which entrance or gate, where to park and unload, and who to ask for.
Driver Instructions are what the driver sees. Notes for Head Office are not shown to drivers, so don't leave access details there.
Check it before you confirm
Choose Preview Order, check each stop, then Confirm Order. Contacts and driver instructions can still be edited after it's confirmed, until a driver is assigned.
